Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Packages returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery will be automatically refunded minus shipping cost

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.
Duties & Taxes
Canadian orders are subject to taxes.Due to business requirements, orders may be subject to sales taxes. Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and import taxes on International and US orders upon delivery.
Pick Up The Phone Today is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
Special Collaboration Items
All special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale as is. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled. Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed.
Order Editing or Cancellation
An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order before fulfillment, please contact us
here immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.
Special collaboration items are final as is.
Returns
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn and in resalable conditions. If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. Special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
A $15 USD fee will be applied to all returns. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

International
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pick Up The Phone Today reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time. Defective or Incorrect Items If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately after receiving your order. Pictures must be provided. Special Collaboration items are final as is.
Lost Packages
- Pick Up The Phone Today is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.
Shipping
- To protect our customers, Pick Up The Phone Today is unable to change or intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
- We are unable to combine shipping on different set of multiple orders.
- Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped. Pre-order items can take 1-2 months to complete production then it ships out.
- Processing times may be delayed due to higher than usual volumes and peak times.
Delivery
- If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
- For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
- If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us here.
- Pick Up The Phone Today may occasionally suspend its online service temporarily for technical reasons.
